Staff Training Day at UPMC SSC: Building Knowledge Through Hands-On Training

We were delighted to organise a Staff Training Day at UPMC SSC, bringing the surgical teams together for a comprehensive programme of product training across a range of Stryker orthopaedic solutions, including:

• Stryker Mako
• Stryker Triathlon Knee
• Stryker Accolade II
• Stryker Trident
• Stryker Exeter

The training featured demonstrations led by our Product Specialists across three interactive stations, giving participants the opportunity to explore the products in greater detail and gain valuable hands-on experience. The practical format encouraged discussion, knowledge-sharing and engagement, helping staff to further develop their familiarity and confidence with these technologies and solutions.

We are proud of the enthusiasm and commitment demonstrated by the UPMC SSC team throughout the day. Investing in ongoing education and professional development is an important part of maintaining the highest standards of care, and opportunities such as this allow teams to share expertise, learn from one another and stay up to date with evolving technologies.
