Sustainability in Surgery at the 51st Sir Peter Freyer Surgical Symposium

On the 4th of September, we attended the 51st Sir Peter Freyer Surgical Symposium. We were delighted to have David O’Callaghan representing Tekno Surgical as a speaker at the Sustainability in Surgery session at this year’s symposium in Galway.

The session offered a great insight into the progress being made across surgical practice, with a strong focus on practical ways to reduce environmental impact and make sustainability part of how we deliver care.
