Tekno Surgical Service Department Mobility App

Tekno Surgical are delighted to announce their new mobility app which enables real time information to be transferred between engineers located on site, to customer service teams. The mobility app which will greatly increase the ease of data transfer, will also reduce time spent dealing with manual administration, furthermore reducing job closure time. This reduction in processing time, and integration will aid in the overall process of getting products to customers and allow them to communicate directly with the company via the mobility app. 

Project teams located in Belfast, and Dublin spearheaded the technical side of the mobility app, collecting, and working with data, from action logs, to create a platform from which areas could be pinpointed and necessary changes could be made. Benefits from the mobility app will be experienced across all areas of the company, with information transfer at the touch of a button, leading to greater customer satisfaction.
